NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024 of the Association of Private Medical Specialists of Hong Kong will be held on 6 January 2025 (Monday) at 18:30 sharp on Harcourt Room, 1st Floor, The Hong Kong Club, 1 Jackson Road, Central, Hong Kong.
Agenda
- To approve the minutes of last AGM
- Matters arising from the minutes of the last AGM
- To receive the President’s Report
- To receive the Treasurer’s Report
- To elect Council Members
- To appoint an Honorary Legal Advisor
- To appoint an Honorary Auditor
- Any other business
Notes:
- An Ordinary Member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his behalf. A proxy does not need to be a member of the Company.
- The instrument appointing a proxy or attorney, if any, under which it is signed, or a notarial certified copy of such power or authority is requested to be deposited at the registered office of the Company not less than 48 hours before the scheduled time of the meeting.
